A unique wellness event for men, combining functional team fitness and modern men’s work, designed to bring men together to push each other physically, share openly and connect.


Functional fitness: the first half of the event is run by one of the trainers from OneLdn, who will take you through a team-based, functional fitness workout, designed for all fitness levels and abilities. The aim is to build physical fitness, resilience and teamwork.


Men's work: the second half of the event is run by James and Phil from One Brotherhood, who will introduce you to the world of men's work using a guided exercise followed by a sharing circle. The aim is to support men become better versions of themselves, by developing a greater sense self-awareness and understanding themselves at a deeper level, and equipping them with the tools to successfully navigate life's challenges. 


"Men's work" is about the intentional pursuit of becoming a better man. 


It describes a variety of practices that support men in their growth, personal development, & healing. 


It allows men to discover their authenticity, let go of harmful habits, and uncover their purpose. 


It helps men realise their potential and live a more fulfilling life. 


Not at all – men's work(out) is designed for anyone who identifies as male whether or not you have done any sort of men's work before.
